1. Overview

At Glamline, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please email us at support@glamline.pk within 3 days
  • Including:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • You may be required to ship the item back to us

Note: Return shipping costs may be covered by us in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Original payment method (where applicable)

You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind after delivery

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider
  • If the issue persists, email us at support@glamline.pk
