Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 1-2 working days
• Lahore, Islamabad & major cities: 2-3 working days
• Other cities across Pakistan: 4-5 working days

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Simply place your order, and pay when your products arrive at your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We pack every order with care, but if your product arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement right away.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene reasons, we have a limited return policy designed to protect both our customers and product integrity. Please read the details below carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
• The product is expired or close to expiry upon delivery
• The packaging seal was broken or tampered with on arrival

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging — this is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Return Window

You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Share your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and a brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days
4. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back

Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you about the approval of your refund or exchange.
• Exchanges: We'll send you a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Products that have been opened, used, or swatched
• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (final sale)
• Free gifts or complimentary samples
• Products returned without prior approval from our team

Cancellations
