Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi: 1-2 working days
- Lahore, Islamabad & major cities: 2-3 working days
- Other cities across Pakistan: 4-5 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Simply place your order, and pay when your products arrive at your doorstep.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with care, but if your product arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement right away.
